Claude Code connects to Clipzing with a single command. From the terminal you can run the repetitive parts of clip work as tasks: review every clip from a job, rewrite titles to a house style, schedule a batch. Clipzing also publishes a set of skills that teach Claude Code the right order to do these in.
What to ask Claude Code
- Review every clip from my latest job and list the three weakest with reasons.
- Retitle all clips from that job in the style I saved as my preference.
- For each clip scoring above 75, schedule it to YouTube at the next suggested time.
- Write a newsletter section from the transcript of my best clip this month.
How to connect
Run one command to add the Clipzing server, start a new session, and approve the connection in your browser the first time.

What to know before you start
- Requires uv, installed once.
- Running sessions keep their old tool list; start a new session after adding the server.
- The same approvals apply: publishing, scheduling, new jobs, batch restyles and deletes ask first, even inside a longer task.

Questions
What are the Clipzing skills?
Short instruction files that tell Claude Code how to do a clip task well, for example to check a video and your remaining allowance before starting a job. They are published in a public repository and install with one command.
Can it run unattended?
Reading, reviewing and editing words can. Anything that publishes or spends your allowance stops for your confirmation by design.
Is it the same connector as the web version?
It reaches the same account and the same actions. Claude Code uses a local program, while claude.ai and ChatGPT on the web use the hosted address.
