Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need — changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only be charged the prorated difference.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Each plan includes a number of shorts and processing minutes a month. You'll see a warning as you get close; once you reach the limit, new videos wait until it resets on the 1st of the next month. You can upgrade at any time to get more right away.
What video formats are supported?
You can submit any public YouTube link or upload an MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, or WebM file (up to 500MB). Clipzing handles the rest.
How does annual billing work?
Pay once a year and get two months free on every plan — you pay for ten months and get twelve. Your quota and all features stay the same, you just pay less per month. Most creators never switch back.
What is Zing AI and how many messages do I get?
Zing AI is Clipzing’s chat copilot (under Free Tools) that answers short-form video questions and opens the right tool for you. Free accounts get 15 messages per day; every paid plan gets 100 per day. The tools themselves are unlimited on all plans, and your files never leave your browser.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your billing page. You'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
