Autopilot: Turn a YouTube Channel Into Shorts
Creator: 1 channel. Agency: 5 channels. Not included in Starter.
Autopilot watches a YouTube channel. When a new video is published, Clipzing clips it, captions it and sends the clips to the accounts you have chosen, following rules you set once. It is for creators who upload on a schedule and want the short-form versions to follow automatically.
How it works
- 01
Point it at a channel
Add your YouTube channel, or a client’s. Clipzing checks it for new uploads.
- 02
Set the rules once
Choose the caption style and look, how many clips to take from each video, and which connected accounts each clip goes to.
- 03
New uploads become clips
Each new video is processed on its own and its clips are routed to the accounts you picked. You can review what it did, or step in at any point.
The details
- Each channel has its own settings page, so different shows can have different looks and destinations.
- Clips can be routed to connected YouTube and TikTok accounts. YouTube destinations are scheduled into a slot and published; TikTok destinations receive a draft straight away.
- Review mode holds every clip until you approve it, so nothing is posted without your say.
- Clips made by Autopilot count against your monthly shorts and processing minutes like any others.
- It processes new uploads from the channel going forward.
