AI Clip Generator for Coaches and Course Creators

Built for coaches, course creators, and education businesses · Last updated April 2026

Coaches who teach long-form content (webinars, courses, group calls) need short-form clips that funnel back to the paid offer. Clipzing.com turns a 60-minute webinar into 8–12 vertical promo clips in under five minutes — each one a self-contained mini-lesson or testimonial moment. Auto-captions, 9:16 reframe, brand kit overlay. The clips do the marketing while you focus on the teaching.

Why coaches specifically?

Coaches sit on a content goldmine and rarely use it. A single live webinar contains dozens of teachable micro-moments — the framework you explained at minute 14, the objection you handled at minute 32, the client breakthrough at minute 51. Each one is a standalone short-form post that proves your expertise to a stranger in 45 seconds. But nobody has time to manually scrub the recording.

Clipzing.com automates the extraction. Paste the Zoom or webinar recording, the viral-clip scorer surfaces the moments where your energy, language, or audience response shifted — usually exactly the segments worth posting — and exports them in 9:16 with your brand colors and logo placement intact.

The 4-step webinar-to-clips workflow

  1. Upload your recording (or paste the YouTube URL). Zoom MP4 export, Loom export, YouTube unlisted, Riverside recording — all work as input. Clipzing.com accepts MP4 and MOV up to your plan's minute limit.
  2. Wait under five minutes per hour of source. The scorer is good at finding the moments where your speech became more structured (frameworks, lists, numbered claims) — those are the segments that retain on short-form.
  3. Pick the clips that match your offer. The AI ranks by viral-likelihood; you rank by funnel fit. A clip that's a perfect top-of-funnel hook for cold traffic is different from a clip that converts a warm lead — pick what your campaign needs.
  4. Apply your brand kit and export. Logo placement, brand color caption highlights, and end-card CTA are configured once and applied to every export. 9:16 for Reels/TikTok/Shorts, 1:1 for LinkedIn, 16:9 for email-embedded loom-style retargeting.

What coaches typically get from one webinar

  • 8–15 promo clips from a typical 60–90 minute webinar (more than from a podcast because webinar content is more structurally segmented)
  • A mix of formats: framework explainers (45–60s), client breakthrough moments (30–45s), objection handlers (60–90s)
  • Auto-captions optimized for silent autoplay (~85% of social feeds play with sound off — captioned clips outperform uncaptioned by 2–3x on retention)
  • Brand-consistent output with your logo, brand colors, and end-card CTA placement
  • Reusable across email and ads — the same MP4 files work in welcome sequences, retargeting ads, and sales-page testimonial reels

Tips from coaches using Clipzing.com

Caption the framework name.

If your framework has a name (the "3-30-300 method," the "CAR framework"), make sure it appears as a caption highlight in every clip that mentions it. Repetition across clips builds the brand association.

Stack 4 clips from the same webinar.

Don't post one clip per webinar. Post 4 from the same source over 10 days. The audience that watches clip #1 to completion is who clip #2 is targeting. Clipzing.com exports them as a batch so you can schedule the campaign in one sitting.

Use the testimonial moments differently.

Client testimonial clips perform poorly on cold-audience feeds (low retention) but exceptionally well on retargeting ads (high conversion). Tag them in your scheduling tool and route them to ads, not feed.

Repurpose old webinars.

The webinar you ran 14 months ago is fresh material to anyone who wasn't following you then. Clipzing.com's viral-scorer doesn't care when the recording was made; relevance is content-driven, not date-driven.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to record webinars in 9:16 to use this?

No. Most webinar tools record in 16:9 (Zoom default). Clipzing.com's auto-reframe converts 16:9 source to 9:16 output by tracking the active speaker's face and re-cropping per frame. The original recording stays unchanged.

Can I upload a Zoom cloud recording directly?

Yes. Download the Zoom MP4 to your computer, then upload to Clipzing.com. We don't yet integrate directly with Zoom cloud (on roadmap), but the manual download takes one click from the Zoom dashboard.

Will my client testimonials in the recording be properly handled?

The audio and visuals are preserved exactly as recorded — we don't re-voice or alter content. If your client gave permission to use the recording for marketing, the clips inherit that permission. Always confirm with clients before using their face in promo clips.

What about courses I've already published?

Pre-recorded course modules work great as source material. Each lesson typically produces 2–4 promo clips that can drive sign-ups for the next cohort. Pair with the podcasting workflow if you also have a show.
